vacuum cleaners san marcos caIt's definitely overpriced, but it works well.
car vacuum cleaner in nigeriaI was looking for a cordless vacuum that would get the kitty litter from our hardwood floors,...
vacuum cleaner nl Will not pick up anything bigger than pet hair. Tried to vacuum up spilled uncooked rice - blew it back on my legs like bb's!

I have this vacuum and LOVE it. It cleans really well, has excellent suction, and leaves my wood floor completely spotless. Triumph of industrial design. We get a full 40 minutes an the true HEPA is really a plus. Would not recommend it for older persons as it has a bit of heft to it, but for us it is... This item is great. Love this Dyson great suction and cordless power a good 45 minutes. I was very apprehensive buying such an expensive appliance at first, especially spending the $600+ for a vacuum cleaner. I've owned Dyson vacs (upright and handheld) for years and have had a love/hate relationship with them.Spring-cleaning time is here but if you don’t want the hassle of a heavy vacuum, the handheld dustbuster is the answer. Perfect for smaller spillages, they pick up everything from crumbs to pet hair — and some can even cope with liquid. Jill Foster tested some of the latest models.AEG Rapid Clean, £59.99, currys.co.ukUseful for cleaning the stairs, thanks to its wide mouth and brush, and it picks up stubborn dirt brilliantly.

The suction is powerful at 240v and it has a hose and a ‘crevice tool’ (a flat nozzle) to help you get into nooks and crannies. But it’s heavy, unwieldy and isn’t cordless so using it for everyday dustbusting would be backbreaking. Good for occasional jobs such as car-cleaning though. Black & Decker Wet and Dry Dustbuster, £47.99 currys.co.ukA very handy — and well-priced — model for light kitchen spills. With only a 7.2v battery, the suction isn’t powerful but it picks up crumbs, dust and liquid efficiently. Watch out for sucking up larger spills as the liquid can drip out of the mouth as you carry it to the sink to empty out. It can stand on a worktop on its docking station without looking too ugly. Black & Decker Dustbuster Pivot, £82.21, amazon.co.ukThe rotating head on this model means it’s really useful for sucking up dust in hard-to-get-to corners such as the top of door frames and ceiling lights. I like the fact that it’s got an integrated crevice tool and brush which makes it impossible to lose them.

The flip-lid means emptying is easy and it can be folded to half its size when stored. Although you can’t fault the Dyson for its power (out of all the models I tried, this had the best suction for its size) it’s more than five times the price of some of the cheaper models and I simply didn’t like the look of it. Too much like a workman’s power tool, it would be more suited in the garage or a workshop than in a kitchen. I did like the boost feature which gave extra suction. A good Father’s Day present! Incredibly light with a swivel and telescopic handle, this is perfect for anyone who is a little less mobile. It sounds a bit tinny but is cordless and has a decent-sized dust-collecting bin. While it’s possible to use it as a handheld device, the head is a little on the large side to use in small areas. Much better for picking up dust and spills from a floor. I found it picked up best on hard, wooden floors. One of the cheapest I tried and with only a 6v battery the suction isn’t great but it picks up small dry and wet spills well.

It comes with a wall-mounted docking station, a long crevice tool — although I thought the mouth of this was too small — but also a charger for the car, which is very handy. It says it comes with a brush although the model I tried didn’t have one. Value-for-money option but it didn’t blow me away, so to speak.Good Ideas 2 in 1, £26.99, wayfair.co.ukVery reasonably-priced, I liked the feel and look of this model. The fact that you can attach a long extension nozzle, making it look like a more conventional upright vacuum cleaner, will appeal to anyone who doesn’t like bending over to clean up spills. Downsides are that it’s not cordless and the dust chamber is pretty small, so you’d have to empty it regularly. Morphy Richards SuperVac 2 in 1, £74.99, amazon.co.ukAesthetically, this super-streamlined metallic model was my favourite but then, look at the price.Although you can use it in an upright mode (like a vacuum cleaner) or as a hand-held dustbuster, the suction isn’t super powerful, so I wouldn’t recommend it to vacuum an entire room.
