I have a Chocolate Labrador and even though she doesn't have long hair like an Afghan dog, she sheds a lot. I've always seen the Bissell commercials- w/the Bissell lady and her Labradors- but always been hesitant since every vacuum out there claim that they're the ones that have the better suction or no loss of it. The last commercial I saw convinced me of getting this Bissell. Of course, I had to get it thru HSN! Received it & used it immediately in all of 1800 sq.ft of my townhouse. No hair was left behind! Plus, can't beat HSN's price, all the attachments included, flex pay & free shipping! Who better than HSN? Thanks HSN for such a great deal & thanks Bissell for making such an excellent machine!It picks up so much pet hair! I have three cats and one dog and the hair that gets picked up is amazing to see. I love the convenience of how it empties. Love all the attachments as well!! Excellent product and I have recommended to friends! I have 3 dogs that shed a ridiculous amount of fur.

This vacuum had no problem picking it all up, plus it turns as if on a ball. Very much worth the money. Comparable to a Dyson. This vacuum has been awesome for us. I have a German Shepard, who sheds something awful. This vacuum allows me to pick up all her hair and dirt on our wood floors and carpet. Large container so I don't have to dump it so often while vacuuming. I'm not sure if my last vacuum was old or what but this one put the old one to shame!! I'll be sticking with the Bissell brand!!! I purchased this vaccum for my son and he has told me he is very happy with how well if cleanse. Cat shed alot but the vaccum has made the carpet look like knew. He has told me the attachments clean the hair from windows and sofa. I've only ever owned one other Bissell and it lasted for about 8 yrs before it finally died. Going into this purchase I felt confident I wanted another Bissell. Once it was assembled, I fired that bad boy up & within moments my heart sank. I was both thoroughly impressed & disgusted by what this has picked up.

I thought my home was immaculate; now I know it is. The dog is once again welcome in the carpeted areas & with my handy pet care tools, she can be on the sofa now too. This pet bacumn is the best. Pretty easy to put together, and really works great on picking up pet hair, etc. have never had a vacumn with so much power, suction. Does what it says it will doIt is comparable to a dyson.
