Whoever heard of a vacuum cleaner you can't clean? You cannot extract the brush wheel to clean it and with it firmly in place, you can't clean the inside housing where it... I was very happy with this sweeper as it picks up pet hair very well. I would recomend it highly. THIS IS THE BEST VACUUM FOR ANYONE WHO HAS ALLERGIES. REALLY WORKS GREAT TO REMOVE ALL THE DUST AND ALLERGENS I have had the original Bissell Healthy Home Vacuum for over 10 years with Never a single problem! Don't like this vacuum at all. Cuts out after cleaning one room. It over heats and vacuum cuts off. Would not reccomend this vacuum to anyone. I usually like Bissell products.

I tried three different models of this vacuum. I took the first one back because the hose leaked. I took the second back because the roller would shut off unexpectedly (no it... Previous review was in error...Motor apparently overheated and shut off...Dog hair clogging channels inside machine...Cup had overfilled and clogged.The roller stops off and on, when in plain vacum there isn't enough suction to pick up dust. My $49 small shop vac works better than this hunk of JUNK! The Bissell Healthy Home Vacuum was by far the worst vacuum cleaner that I have ever used. It had suction from the attachment hose only. Did not pick up anything from the carpet.
