I have a small rancher type house and my house is always spotless so I though!!! My old vacumn broke last week after I had done my usual deep cleaning. I had vacumn my rugs and steamed cleaned them too, so I figured my carpets where clean! Since my vacumn broke after all that vigorous house cleaning I order the bissel pet hair eraser vacumn.As soon as it arrived I had to try it out and honey I had to vacumn my whole house 3x no joking the canister filled up 2x and by the 3rd all the dog hair and dirt was up.I couldn't believe my eyes after just a week ago of vacumning and steam cleaning my rugs this is what was coming up!!!! To anybody who thinks they have a clean house like I did buy this vacumn you will be amazed at the suction and cleaning power and how your tidy little house really had the dirtiest rugs ever !!!

Will never purchase another vacumn again the best clean for carpets especially with pets and kids !!!! I was very impressed with the style of this vacuum. The features are very wonderful to use and quite easy as well. I like the different features from vacuum to attachments. The roller takes a few minutes to get use to as the head swivels quite easily. The attachments are great I really like the light on the end of the crevasse tool. I also like the way that you turn the suction from the vacuum to the hose. I also like the fact that the vacuum is not as noisy as I thought it would be. It is much quieter than expected. Dirt canister is very easy to empty. I like the filter set up with the easy taking out and putting in of the filter. Colors are bright and cute. Over all suction is very good for an upright. The pet brush works on any piece of furniture as well as carpeted stairs. Over all use of vacuum is very light weight and easy to carry up and down stairs as I have a two story house.

I would defiantly recommend this product to anyone who has a single pet or more. This product really does what it says it can do. my grandson bought this vacuum for my birthday. he knew I was looking to buy one. I picked out one and was going to order it, when he gave this one to me. I know he paid a lot for it, cause he loves me. I wish I never told him about looking for a vacuum. this is overly priced. my wrist is killing me. this vacuum is hard to work with. my old one was easy to maneuver around. this one you're twisting your wrist every which way. I will live with it. hopefully it doesn't have a long life. Yes (5) No ()  Report Yes (5) No () In considering this product I looked at the Scoop and Sweep tool for picking up debris from cat food in the kitchen. That tool appears too cumbersome to use for just a minutes work. I personally prefer the Swiffer® Sweep & Trap which picks up cat food on tile floors in a snap and has a duster at the rear of unit. No bending over or using 2 hands to pick up floor debris on tile.

But I am really looking for a powerful rug vacuum that really vibrates and suctions so much that you can see the change in the rug mat where it had cleaned - like the older uprights that have bags.I currently have the Bissell Heavy Duty Professional which works well except for the Turbo brush which stalls out easily. Looking to replace our second vacuum - a Hoover bagless the T Series Wind Tunnel for Pets but find it to be a 'lightweight' in terms of agitating the rugs. This vacuum has many great features like the hands free empty canister and the lighted crevice tool. The swivel feature is nice but the vacuum is fairly heavy. Does a great job picking up the hair. I do miss an automatic cord rewind. But overall a nice vacuum. The Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum is very powerful and has great suction. It has a swivel base that makes it easy to turn. It has a switch to turn the brush on and off which allows you to be able to use the vacuum on carpet and on delicate wood floors.

The dirt container is easy to empty; just push a button and the container opens from the bottom to let all the dirt and hair into the trash. The LED lighted crevice tool and the Pet Brush is a very nice feature. The vacuum also can be used with Febreze Filters that have a very strong smell. The only con is that the vacuum is fairly heavy, but if you are looking for a very powerful vacuum and have pets or just a lot of dirt and need a powerful vacuum, then you should try the Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum.I can't believe how well this vacuum picks up the dirt and especially the pet hair. It is easy to use and has excellent suction. Dumping the dirt and hair that collects from the vacuum into the trash is simple, and you do it without getting dirty. It is easy to switch from cleaning the floor to using the utensils, which conveniently store on the vacuum. And I love that the brush rollers do not get tangled with hair. I love the longer cord, but if it were one to two feet longer, it would truly be perfect!

This vacuum brought new life to my older carpet. I definitely recommend this vacuum for anyone who has pets because this vacuum really "erases" the pet hair in addition to picking up debris found deep down in the carpet. My new Pet Hair Eraser vacuum is absolutely wonderful! I am truly amazed at the performance of this vacuum. I have 15 rescue cats that are allowed to come in my house; therefore, there is plenty of hair and dander. The suction works great, picks up hair and other debris, and has actually revived my carpet. I love the small brush on both sides of the sweeper, which works as an edge cleaner. I am amazed and happy. My carpet looks almost new again. I highly recommend this vacuum. First let me say I amazingly got this free to try, yay me. Anyway, it works very well, picks up a lot of dog hair and dust, actually an embarrassing amount. A little confusing with the attachments but after the second time I used it, it was easier. I used the little two sided brush to clean edges where it is hard to get at.
