I have four dogs and three cats so it is a constant challenge to keep up with the floors--tile and carpets. The cleaner saved a tremendous amount of time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the floors. It is very light and easy to use.... Love, love, love the Bissell Crosswave. I had some deep stains on my carpet near a door and the Bissell took them right out of the carpet. On the tile floor I thought I had embedded spots covering some of the tiles and after using the Bissell on the tile all looks wonderful the spots were removed. This did not work any better than my wonderful spin mop. Great concept but had to keep going over areas to get clean over and over again Was so thrilled at the thought of a lightweight multi surface cleaner. This was a disappointment. When I followed the instructions to clean the roller in the tray the water sprayed out all over the floor, the tray is not deep enough to do that. I have always loved Bissell, still will use my old Green Machine, but this, no. Did not live up to my expectations, and created a mess I had to clean up with my spin mop!!!
