I ordered this vaccuum and upon first use requested a refund. It picks up dirt and then shoots it out instead of containing any. This vacuum picked up tons left behind by my old vacuum. It is a bit heavy, but feel it is a solid machine. I never realized how much dust was left in the carpet by my Hoover, this machine went beyond my expectations. No more Hoover for me. I have kids and pets and live in a sandy area so my carpet gets kinda gross. This vacuum is amazing. I can feel a change in the texture and even see the color change in my carpet. Best vacuums for the money Have had this cleaner for almost 5 years now. We don't have pets and to be honest, I am lazy, so I don't vacuum as often as I probably should. But this cleaner SUCKS..
