Keep up the good work. The inside of the van looked like and felt like someone smeared a wet diaper through the hole cab. The inside windshield was so dirty it was difficult to see out at night. It smelled like a wet pig and smoke. The van ran well just dirty and smelly. The return service was easy, i parked the truck and put my info in a drop box. I received a call the next day to confirm. Great service, Nice truck. This store is staffed with very friendly and helpful employees. This is always my first choice for hardware supplies. My previous 4 rentals from U-Haul were far from satisfactory. They were so bad that I actually rented a truck from another company last time I needed to move some stuff. My latest experience was very positive--the folks at Ace were great, equipment worked fine, and drop off was easy. Not sure that you all totally have your act together, but I will consider U-Haul nest time I need a rental truck or trailer. Ramp was a problem getting out truck was pretty banged up Wait time when returning van was long Amazing customer service at this location! Very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable employees! I even had to keep the truck longer than expected and they were extremely helpful and quick to make sure I was able to have the extra time I needed!

Best moving truck rental experience I have ever had! Thanks to all of you for a comfortable and confident moving day! The car and the guys where great. Only issue I have is I got charged for fuel when i filled the car back up before return it. Also it was marked as full and I picked up the truck slightly below full. Overall good experience but an additional $12 when I already put $16 in the truck to fill it up.Vehicle was new and met expectations. The most important and effective part of the service was the ACE people, Chris and another service person that checked me in when I picked up the rental were excellent. Have rented many cars from airports. This ACE experience was the best by far. Ohhhhh.... what a nice place to do business with. Even with this great service we will not use you again. Your charges are ridiculous! We'll find another way. Should be able to keep the truck until right before mind night the next day i think the previous renter smoked in the van--perhaps a better cleaning.

but overall it was a nice experience. i appreciate the smaller hardware stores to the giant montrosities. The trailer interior was not cleaned out after previous rental. But it was an easy fix with a broom. The staff was excellent. I would rent from them again. Trailer was ready for pick up as planned. EMail the day before to confirm that my rental equipment would be ready was terrific!!! The helpful hardware men at Ace are fantastic! I had reserved online a 15 foot truck to move my things but I really only needed a10 foot. Other dealers in my area had what I needed but none of them offer the comfort and reputation of Ace. I arrived at the store as they opened and was being helped within 30 seconds. I requested a change in truck and they were able to accommodate the request. I walked out the door a few minutes later work the truck size I really needed as well as the dolly that I had forgotten to order online. Returning the truck was just as quick and easy. Overall, the guys at Ace know their hardware and their UHaul equipment.
