I have 6 fans in my house and one of the main reasons for ordering this vacuum is that I wanted the adjustable dusting brush to clean the blades without using a ladder. I received the brush but apparently the red part that fits the wand was not left out during the manufacturing process. After two calls and an email to Hoover they sent me a little dinky brush that was not adjustable and pretty much useless.
