I was weary because of the price, but shouldn't have been. It cleans my carpet as well as my old vacuum (maybe better). It's small, not even a foot wide, which is perfect for my 900sq. ft. townhouse. It's very light and is easy to push across the floor, and is also easy to store in my downstairs coat closet. What amazed me was the turbo brush attachment. It was little claws on it to pick up pet hair before it sucks it up. I was able to fully de-cat hair my microfiber chair in a matter of minutes! The attachment also made it very easy to clean my stairs, which was a chore with my older, bulkier vacuum. The only downside to this vacuum is that it is a little louder than I would like. Has many additional parts that come with it. The other thing that I like is it is easy to empty the container and you can see that it needs to be emptied as it is bagless. no fooling with a bag to take out and put a new one in. I take some perfume spray it on a cotton ball suck it into the tank so that when you vacuum my whole home smells nice. This is a really terrific vacuum. With having pets, most vacuums tend to lose suction after just a few tries. Not with this one. I love that there are two types of brushes to clean my floor with.

I've never seen this is any other vacuum I've owned. The TurboClaw is a neat feature as it's helped me pick up hair that may be on our stairs. I love how spacious the dirt cup is. There are also various different height adjustments. I will also add that the design of the vacuum is very attractive and modern like. I am happy to have received this and even more so that it's replacing my old vacuum. Brought it home from the store, vacuumed my stairs (one of the main reasons I bought it. The power tool for stairs and upholstery). It did a great job. I proceeded to the next room but I emptied the tank first. Fine and dandy until the second bedroom where it went caput! Dead as a door knob.

Went downstairs and looked at the reviews again and saw a similar one that said to clean any clogs and allow to cool. I wait another hour.... Didn't even get to clean my whole, very small 2 br. The suction is fantastic, it is simple to put together, easy to use, and picks up so much dirt (I was actually shocked, see attached picture)! Also, I find it to be quieter than other vacuums and quite a bit lighter. The hose attachments are easily assembled and disassembled, and the suction on those are great too. I especially love the pet hair furniture attachment, that is wonderful! I am also happy with how easy I can move from carpet to floor with just a click of a switch, it makes it really easy to vacuum the whole house with different floor types. I have a family of four, including two toddlers, and a cat, so my floors take a beating. I am happy to say that this vacuum will help me clean up my family's messes!
