The only down side to me for this entire product, is the fact that it takes about 5 hours to get fully charged thereafter.The new bin emptying mechanism is simply a stroke of genius. By just lifting up a catch twice, a trap door opens and the dirt falls gravitationally into a dust bin. No bags to change, no need to dissemble or assemble anything. This means that if there are any issues during the warranty period, just give them a call, and a specialist will visit your home to assist you, free of charge. After the warranty period, it is recommended that you bring the vacuum cleaner to their office for further diagnosis, since an on-site visit to your home will then incur a $50 transportation fee.
