Waiting for a refund check. Let me start off by saying this thing is a tank! My wife purchased this because "it had the best reviews" she said. After lots of research my wife and I settled for the LG vacuum. It's marketing description and ratings were good. This vacuum is powerful, easy to use, easy to clean and relatively light. All the properties I look for in a vacuum cleaner. We have owned this fabulous vacuum since 2012. It has worked perfectly since day one. We have a long hair cat and it takes care of his tumble weeds. I bought this at Lowe's in Toronto, ON last year and after one 1-month of use, this vacuum's cheap plastic parts on the wand snapped in two (with a very minor pull). bought for my sister...she likes it (when she actually uses it )

It works well, but not near as good as the similar model offered in Singapore. Love not needing to change bags. Does a great job! Best vacuum I've ever bought!
