Purchased this for a large apartment complex. It gets used for several hours a day. It withstands the heavy traffic areas and still holds suction. This is the worst vacuum I've ever used. Purchased it as a workplace vacuum and it has produced constant negative feedback from the half-dozen or so people who have used it. I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. This vacuum cleaner works very well. But it is not five stars because it is louder than any vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. This vacuum simply does not pick anything up. It just moves the dirt around on the floor. I have taken everything apart to clear any possible clogs, and it still does not have any... This has worked well as a replacement for our Oreck. This vacuum is horrific. First off- it's heavy. If you have to vacuum any space that's even remotely large, prepare to be sore.It works really well! Great machine, this vac is head and shoulder above any other vac i’ve purchased in the past.
