What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery? If there are any problems with your delivery please contact our online orders team immediately on 021-4548900 or email us: info@soundstore.ie Returns, Cancellation and Faulty Goods Policies When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 14 days after receiving your order, this is the cooling off period. If you wish to return your order you must contact Soundstore in writing or email info@soundstore.ie with the order reference number. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. We take every care to try to ensure that your purchase arrives at your door in pristine condition. However on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit.
