silver king vacuum cleaner partsProblem: Poor suctionRepair: Start by putting in a fresh bag or emptying and cleaning out the dust collection chamber.
vacuum cleaner pondIf either of these chambers is too full, air can't pass through the machine and suction is reduced. If this fix still doesn't fully restore pickup, check for a clogged hose. Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner, stretch it out and drop a quarter down into it.

If the quarter doesn't come out the other end, you've got a clog. Use a broom or mop handle to dislodge and push out the clog. If you can't disconnect the hose on both ends, disconnect one end, stretch the hose out as far as it will go and turn on the vacuum to try to suck the clog into the vacuum. Problem: The brush roll isn't turningRepair: Check the brush roll for any tangled strands of thread and hair. Snip with a scissors and remove them. If the brush roll still doesn't turn, the belt may be stretched, cut, or broken. The belt can easily be replaced by simply removing the bottom plate. Check your manual or the company's website for the exact directions for your model.Problem: Vacuum won't operateRepair: The thermal protector, the feature that keeps the motor from overheating and burning out may have tripped. This happens when a clog or large item gets caught in the nozzle or opening of the bag. To reset it, turn the cleaner off and disconnect it from the outlet. Remove the obstruction and wait at least 30 minutes for the thermal protector to cool.

Some models may require you to press a button to reset it, while others will reset automatically. For help with a repair you'd like to try yourself, consult your brand's website or contact the manufacturer via their toll-free number. See all 160 customer reviews I've been enjoying the De'Longhi ECP3630 for a week now and in celebration of National Coffee Day I am writing this review.Over the past 10 years or so, ever since my boss (an Italian from Rome) introduced me to the world of non-drip coffee, I've really enjoyed espresso and cappuccino. When I can, I enjoy a nice Starbucks and I've been lucky enough to do some traveling and experience the original Starbucks, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Tully's and overseas Costa Coffee and Caffe Nero (who looks to have landed in Boston) as well as whatever local shops I can find. My favorite coffee drinks are espresso, cappuccino and something called a "Doppio con Panna" which is a double-shot of espresso with whipped cream on top (if you haven't had this order it at Starbucks -- it is so good). At home, for a while I owned a very nice looking entry-level Breville espresso maker (an earlier version of the Breville 800ESXL that never quite lived up to its promise and eventually just died.

I long lusted after something like a Gaggia but I could never justify spending so much money on a machine. Eventually, I just gave up on the whole idea of coffee drinks at home. 10 years later I can say that the world of entry-level home espresso machine has changed for the good. The biggest problems with the Breville were it took forever to heat up, made a really soupy puck and mess out of the espresso and was really finicky with the grind and couldn't push through a pod, never did a great job of getting a nice foam with the steamer wand and it was super noisy. The results were just so-so and I found myself not using it as much as I had wanted. See all 160 customer reviews (newest first) Easy to use & makes a great cup of coffee!! I have been meaning to write a review on this machine for a long time. I consider myself not just a heavy coffee drinker, but someone who appreciates the many forms you can make... Really gets the job done for the price. The only thing that I would change about it is the pressure.

No complaints at all This is a great machine for a novice (like myself). I'm not picky at all about my espresso, and this gets the job done good enough! I am disappointed in this machine. I've had it about 10 days. No matter how hard or how light I tamp the grounds, nor matter what the fineness or coarseness of the grind, the... My daughter-in-law wanted it as a gift because she previously had one and loved it. I've been using this for 8 months and I think it's a very serviceable espresso maker for the price. It's a little slow to brew, but the coffee is excellent. I kept seeing the De'Longhi EC702 on list after list of the top machines under $200. I nearly purchased that model, but decided on the ECP3630 for a few reasons. This machine was great for 4 months. We loved it, but then it began losing pressure and leaking everywhere. First the expresso stopped working, then the steamer stopped. See and discover other items: latte cups, coffee and cappuccino machine
