Berdasarkan pembacaan, front load ni jimat air dan elektrik berbanding top load tapi lagi mahal. Jadi pilihan saya adalah top load. Ada thermo pot ni senang. Air panas ready je. Tak payah dah nak tunggu air masak. Microwave untuk panaskan makanan atau masak benda-benda simple. Good to have walaupun cara masakan Melayu kurang guna microwave. Habis tu takkan nak makan atas lantai? Tapi set meja JokkMokk from Ikea ni murah ok. Kuali, periuk belanga, frying pan. Semua benda-benda basic kat dapur.

Set Favorit Ikea ni pun boleh. Vacuum cleaner sebab saya rajin vacuum bilik/rumah sebulan dua kali. Tak perlu satu set sampai 5-6 seat, dapat 3 seat macam Tidafors Ikea ni pun jadi. Untuk melepak-lepak sambil tengok tv lepas balik kerja. Saya tak tengok tv sangat tapi kalau orang datang takkan senyap je rumah kan. At least kalau ada tv terhiburlah jugak tetamu yang datang. TV paling murah kat Harvey Norman ni is RM799. kena cari kat tempat lain kot. Supaya orang rumah saya nanti boleh tolong seterika baju saya. Jadi jumlah kesemuanya yang perlu dikeluarkan adalah RM5803. Kepada yang bertanya (ingatkan nak mintak rumah sewa satu, jual kat saya 30% below market ok?) nak hadiah apa haritu, bolehlah rujuk list ni sebagai panduan. Ni lebih kurang la apa yang diperlukan nanti. Kalau malas nak angkat hadiah besar-besar, kasi je gift card Ikea or Harvey Norman.
