They refused to work on it because "it smelled like urine". This is a Dyson animal cleaner that vacuums up a lot of cat litter that has been out of the box and cat hair. Before taking it, we did wipe it down outside but did not clean in the hoses. We even bought this cleaner from them while the other one was being repaired which took a long time. (so now I have two) When we picked it back up i put my nose right on it and it has a strong smell of ODOBAN cleaner which is what we used to clean it. This will be our last dealing with them. I will be buying a new cleaner today. But not from there.ShareFlag12/24/2015WE BOUGHT A HOOVER VACUUM THERE WORKED GREAT TILL IT BROKE. ORDERED A PART THAT BROKE AND WAITED 6 WEEKS AND NEVER CAME IN. I FOUND THE PART ON SEARS PARTS AND GOT IT IN 5 DAYS. PARTS DEPARTMENT REALLY SUCKS!!!!!I am very happy with all of my experiences at A to Z. Their new location has a lot more parking and they have great prices on everything. The salesmen are extremely helpful.

My filter broke as I was trying to clean it. The guy at the service center showed me how to take it off. As soon as I got home, I tried to do it and it broke! I called him and he told me to come pick up another because my unit was under warranty. I'm glad they stand by their products. Would recommend this place to everyone with a dyson, or even those that don't have one!! You can try every model they have , they are all displayed. Also have all the fans/heaters.
