This is in contrast to a different vac store that I went to about a year ago. This is the store I will go to now for all of my vacuum needs, and I will recommend it to friends. The man in the store took one look at it, told me the front plastic piece had broken off and that was why it had no suction. He said that a part that cost about $30 would fix it. So I bought the part and my steamer now works. He could have told me that he would have to take it apart for $40 and find what was wrong. Then he could have said that for $$ he would put a new motor on it for me.. And I would never have known the difference. Honesty is such a rare commodity anymore that I tend to be suspicious of everyone.

That told me it would take them 10 mins to do this but still be 20.00. This was a great deal and they were very friendly on the phone. My husband drove down there and was told it would be 85.00 this is a big change from the 35.00. So I called an asked why I was quoted one price and now it's something different , I was told "I don't know what to tell you this is the price" . This was a completely different tone as before. It was almost hostile. I will make sure this place is never used by anyone I know if they are going to be this hateful when I am just asking why I am told two different prices.
