Otherwise really happy with it. vax air reach u90 great upright vacuum cleaner, easy to assemble, light weight, the electric cable is a bit long, but if you need a long lead this is the cleaner for you I now have 2 Vax Air Reach as I have 3 floors in my house. The cord is long enough to be plugged in and allow me to vacuum the first flight of stairs and a long hallway. It leaves my carpet like a bowling green with visible stripes and the amount it picks up is amazing, so much so I tend to empty after every use! It picks up right to the edge and the turbo tool is brilliant on stairs. The only downside is the attachment on the side falls off at the slightest movement because it is top heavy so needs to be removed unless in use. Fab Hoover second one I have bought. Its an overall decent device let down by one fault. I found it to be powerful, easy to use, and well built.

It was only let down by the pipe placement at the back. I found that it just dangles when you hoover up. It doesn't really have anywhere to sit in place to stop it from dragging behind the vacuum cleaner. I did find I had to stop a few times to maybe bend down to re adjust it and lift it up slightly but don't let that put you off buying. Its a minor fault that someone like me with very little gripe over certain features can cope with as its still one of the best vacuum cleaners I've ever owned in my life time. It competes with the best on the market and the suction picks up ever so well. I still give it 5 stars for still doing the job its set out to do. The up top tool makes it easy to clean the stairs and ceilings, the hoover itself is a lightweight so it is no trouble carrying it up and down the stairs and is a stylish design. The vacuum cleaner is easy to turn and the tools make it easy to get in between couchs, tv stands, cupboards etc. The 2.3l capacity holds a lot and is really straight forward to empty, we don't own pets so unfortunately i cannot comment about the turbo tool which helps to get rid of pet hairs but i am sure this works just as good as all the other tools.The best feature about the hoover is it is suitable for all floor types my upstairs is all carpets but my downstairs is all wood flooring and rugs so works excellent on them all. Overall i am really happy with the Vax, a lightweight strong product which makes hoovering the whole house easy and more enjoyable the only downside to this vacuum cleaner is it is a little on the noisy side but which hoover isn't this does not put me of the product at all as the pros and feature's make the noise not worth thinking about
