This is a very good machine that is spoiled by the amazingly poor quality hose. And I have tried to find a replacement but it has odd ends, so nothing else works.The first thing I noticed was that one of the vacuum extender tubes did not fit properly in the holder on the machine. Well engineered with good suction/power/dirt extraction. Mid-range weight of 15 lbs easy to manage. Manual height adjust, long cord, lite, and bag monitor a definite plus. This is the vacuum cleaner that is replacing very old ones where I work (I work in a custodial department). I was somewhat hesitant to purchase this for our office since it was so inexpensive compared to other brands. But I am so pleased with it.
