My vacuum is a year old and it is falling apart. They blamed me, they blamed another customer for the same thing while I was in there. They lied about the estimate, if you ask for an itemized receipt you will see the hidden charges that I DID NOT authorize, they do not let you speak to the mechanic, they are personally insulting. The owner said he didn't care if I was satisfied with the service because he owns all the Kirby stores in El Paso. He said he did offer military discounts but would not allow me to have one because I complained. The owner just sits in the chair and refused to help me when he was doing absolutely NOTHING!
