However both machines have packed up after about a year. The machine works very well but the dust bags need some improvement so we have had a zip put in ours for easy emptying, it makes all the difference. Vacuum appears to be missing a couple of attachments which are advertised and supplied when ordering elsewhere. Brilliant machine, length of hose means it reaches a long way Great value Wet and Dry vacuum that is very powerful. A total waste of money, performace is very poor, and you can't buy any spares, like dustbags for example, buy something else. Vacuum works brilliantly, but one of the wheels broke after 14 days.I am trying to sort out a replacement wheel but can't find any contact number arg!!!! Perfect, does exactly what it says it does. Very easy to use and good quality all round.

Two year warranty, and it failed just after the two years. Never used wet, just to vacuum up sawdust. Plastic pipe is weak, but body and accessories are pretty durable.
