The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VAX (Birmingham, England) in August 2016. Interview I had the interview on a Friday afternoon. Much as I can understand that it was a dress-down day, I would have expected them to be professional at least . I was picked up from the reception by two people who were barely dragging themselves to the interview meeting room - they were not welcoming at all, did not smile even once or tried to make the environment feel slightly comfortable or welcoming. I was told the interview would be fairly informal - it was more like a chat in a bar realistically speaking. Throughout the interview they looked like the last thing they wanted to do was hold the interview as well as the last place they wanted to be was there.
