I unpacked the unit, read the instructions, assembled it, and started cleaning. Within 15 minutes the motorized floor nozzle quits working! I check the manual, there is NO red light, no obstructions, the belt is in excellent condition. I called Shark, as instructed.... This is the how Shark thanks you for purchasing their product.... It will be at least a WEEK before I get a replacement nozzle. To add insult to injury, if I want faster service I can PAY for faster shipping!!!! Thankfully, before something physically ruptured in my body, I contacted the Wal-Mart store manager where this vacuum was purchased. He graciously promised to give me a full refund with my receipt.
