This Dyson Service Center! I brought in my Dyson handheld vacuum that had been having an intermittent problem with the trigger switch. Turns out they hadn't seen this problem before, so they replaced the whole housing unit at no charge! And I was about nine months out of warranty too! I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I love Dyson...they have great products and they stand behind their products when there happens to be problem.
